I am similarly confused by this announcement, commenting here for updates. And what exactly is meant by Virtual Group IDs? The incident notification email previously mentioned that it affects county groups... does this mean I have to edit queries that refer to, say, "San Francisco, CA County Residents?" Is that what virtual group ID means? If there are new groups, does that mean I have to change that clause in the query to something else?
