Overview:

In partnership with the Fund Development team, manages the Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online databases to support effective, responsive donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and recognition activities. Work with all members of the Fund Development team to support integrated fundraising efforts.  Responsible for all aspects of database management. Supervise the Donor Services Staff and ensure accurate recording of data and creating of useful reports to support fundraising efforts. Will also work closely with the Information Technology and Finance departments.

This would be a good position for someone wanting to move up from a smaller organization to see what bigger orgs are like; or for someone who wants exposure to the whole scope of Development activity.  The supervisor does lots of training and personnel development, so if the right person is strong in some areas, but not in everything listed, that doesn’t have to be a roadblock.
