Needed: Recommendation for Online person databases

I'm looking for recommendations for subscribing to an online person database. (I used that phrase because that is the category on Wikipedia.) Something like Whitepages, Anywho, or Spokeo. I'm willing to pay for a subscription, but not as much as Blackbaud wants for its services.

Personally, I love it. It makes it easy to verify addresses that we don't have correct spelling for (USPS is very finicky), shows if people have moved and gives the verified forward address, lists age (often), often a phone number (which is handy if we need to contact someone and only have an address), and more info. I use it often to ‘find lost people’. LOL
