Multiple Gift Query

Options

At our organization we have been unable to figure out how to do a multiple gift query. Therefore, we have been writing a constituent query based on constituents who had made gifts in a certain year and then filtering out those who did not have duplicates to leave those who gave multiple gifts.

These constituents  do not have attributes or solicit codes marked as people who have given multiple times a year.

Can someone tell me of an easier way to do this? This has been very time-consuming.

Not exactly sure who you are trying to pull.  Are you looking for anyone that gave more than one gift during a specific time period?  If so, use a constituent query and use Summary Information -> Summary for Gift -> Total Number of Gifts.  You'll also have to apply the date range.

Yes I was looking for people who gave more than one gift in a specific period. Thank you! I am not sure why our database administrator was not doing that.
