"Constituent Type" Field for Queries

Options
I'm trying to get my head back around RE having most recently been using SalesForce. In SF there was a "Type" field that could be used in the output of a query to say whether a constituent was an organisation or an individual. But whilst RE clearly makes this distinction, I can't seem to work out how to include such a field in a quey. What I'm looking for, I guess, is a field called something like "Constituent Type" that specifies either "Individual" or "Organisation". I know there is a "Constituent type" field that is used for batches. but can't see it in the list I guess with queries. A I just being blind or is it not there? And if not are there any easy work arounds for it (other than running to separate queries one for "Individuals" and another for "Organisations"? Thanks. Matt
