How to close a Constituent Form

On opening a constituent record, I would like to display a message to users if certain criteria is met and then automatically close the form. I am using the RaisersEdgeRecord_BeforeOpen code. I can successfully display my message to users if my criteria is met, but cannot get the constituent form to automatically close. Can anyone help ? Thanks in advance
