Calling institutions who have implemented CRM on a pure VM environment!

Hi - Could anyone whose institution has implemented CRM on a pure VM environment (including VM database server), let me know whether you have had any performance problems up to now? We are in the process of deciding whether to go down the pure VM route, and the main worry is whether we would be likely to experience performance problems, bearing in mind we have been recommended a very large database size (96GB RAM) Thanks Chris
