Constituents with only E-Mail Addresses

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following constituent query. My co-worker requested a constituent query list of people who only have e-mails listed in their records and no addresses of any sort. I was wondering if there were any way to create a filter like this so that we can target people who only have e-mail addresses. The reason for this is so that we will not be spamming people who have both. Any help would definitely be appreciated. Thank you, Greg

Should be pretty straight forward criteria: 

• Addresses > All Addresses > Address Line 1 > blank
• Addresses > All Addresses > Phones > Specific Phones > Email (or your field name) > not blank  

Worked for me anyway...
