Tracking gifts from 3rd party fundraisers

How do other organizations enter gifts from 3rd party fundraisers such as Givemn.org?  Do you enter the gifts as pledges then pay the pledge when the money is dispersed to your organization and how do you handle the fees that are subtracted by the 3rd party?

We enter them as gifts. If we knew the original amount, we would enter it as the gift amount.  The fees, like credit card fees are the cost of doing business.  However, most of the time we do not know the original gift amount or the fee percentage so the amount we receive is the gift amount used.

Not necessarily the best scenario, but it's what we do.
