export field organization name is corrupt after weekend patch

When exporting preferred address on individuals the Organization Name field should be blank if address is home and should show the business name if address type is business.  The weekend patch corrupted the field and it now shows First name, middle initial, last name.  The response I received when I notified RE that a field had changed its value over the weekend patch was:

"Program changes such as this require time to integrate a fix as well as fully test this fix. While we cannot offer you an exact time frame on when this issue will be resolved, please know that your issue is important to us. Since this process can take a significant amount of time, you will only be contacted once a resolution has been completed and thoroughly tested. "

This is not acceptable. If a field changes its value it should be addressed immediately and communicated to users who do not have a choice on installing patches (ie hosted by Blackbaud).
