PowerSchool Import with relationships

Does anyone else use PowerSchool and Raiser's Edge? At least yearly we need to import new students and their parents into our database as constituents. Some of these are already constituents some are new, there may be address and email and phone # changes as well. Linking each student to a parent/parents or guardians who may or may not already be in our system as constituents is needed too. I'd like input or comments, or if you have a header for the import that would be awesome.
