Globally Adding Action Tracks

I'm spending a lot of time globally adding actions for participants at our events,  what I wanted to do was instead of globally adding each action task:

Welcome email

Good Luck email

How did it go? email

Total raised so far email

etc

 

and having to work out when they will be done and adding a reminder, I want to globally add the Welcome email Action and then once it is completed I want the Good Luck email to show in my reminders automatically....is this possible?

 

I have a feeling it might not be...and if I have to add each Action Track individually it won't be the time saver I'm hoping for...

 

Help?!
