Coding/Notating Scholarships where distribution is based on dollar amount rather than GMB

Wondering how other community foundations might notate in RE or GE when a scholarship distributes a specified amount each year rather than by grant making budget.  not talking FE coding. but, if I viewed a fund record, how would I know how much is to be distributed each year? 

Would welcome any suggestions of how others are doing this, alert, annotation, attribution etc.
