Access to the Raiser's Edge install directory and subdirectories has been denied. User rights should be checked

 Not sure what the problem is - any user that tries to log onto that computer gets the same message - if I login using that user's credentials on the server it works fine.  He said it was working one day and then the next day he got the message above.

 Have you checked the knowledgebase for this?  Solution BB366470 might help.  BB support should also be able to help you with this.
