Individual Relationship

I have a question regarding an individual relationship with a company. The individual relationship to the organization is a board member. The person is not an employee or in any other way affiliated with the company. What would the reciprocal be (meaning the company's relationship to the individual?)  We have several tables set up in configuration under reciprocal, but none of them fit this situation.

To me, you just need to make one that works for you to explain it. 

We have one of 'Bd Mbr/Org Mbr/Fndtn Dir'. We reciprocal/relationship it with 'Org/Group/Bd/Assoc'.  Figure out a wording that works for you.

 Thank you JoAnn.  I was leaning toward creating a table called Bd Member Org.

I use Non Profit if it is a non-profit board or Corporation if a corporate board.
