Seating not closing properly when using a shortcut

Options

One of my RE Users is having a problem when she opens the seating chart of one of our events through a shortcut on her home page. When she opens it this way and then closes it, anyone else who tries to open it is told she still has it open. She has to log out and log back in to have it properly close (although the chart is clearly not opened on her desktop). This is not a problem if she goes through someone who is attending the event's record to access the seating chart.

Has anyone encountered this before or know the solution?

    Hi Peter!

I reached out to our resources and they suggested that you try to delete your Home Page shortcut and then create it, this may solve your issue. If you try this and are unsuccessful, please let me know and I can create a case for you so an analyst can help troubleshoot the issue.
