I am interested in an annual calendar and the resources that are being used to get updated constituent data- addresses, phones, email and death notices. If you have one can you please share? We use resources such as ObitRegistry and AlumniFinder and others but I am looking to coordinate all the efforts in a more effective way. Thanks! tinagorskistrong@wheelerschool.org

 We use many of the finder services provided by Blackbaud.

Addresses x4/year - no schedule, usually timed before a large mailing

Deceased x2/year - timed so that this happens about every 6 months

Phone & Email  every 1-2 years depending on the need.  More often if we've added many new constituents, less if there are not that many.
