Planned Giving Viewing Capabilities

We need to limit who can view the actual Planned Giving tab (module) within a gift posted as type Planned Gift.  The tab has sensitive and confidential information on it that our trust administration department feels should not be viewed by many people as it is confidential.  If I limit viewing thru security using Planned Giving the entire gift transaction/posting does not appear.  It's like it was never made.  We want the gift to appear so our Development Officers can see the gift but not the PG tab within the gift.  Any suggestions or does anyone else have this issue.
