In RE, who uses RE/Outlook integration for actions?

Wondering how this is working for foundations who have implemented RE/Outlook integration for actions -- so when you create an action and/or action reminder it will also show up in your Outlook.

How does it work when you then make a change in Outlook, does it successfully adjust the action record in RE?

We only use part of the integration. We use it to easily create actions from email messages after they have been sent. A button appears on the add-in bar, it opens the RE search box and creates the action with a copy of the actual email message attached. Much easier than copy/paste.

The full integration allows for RE constituents to reside in Outlook and future actions to reside on the outlook calendar. We had some concerns that someone might accidently delete something in Outlook not realizing it was linked to RE and delete it there as well. We are not using these elements.
