Using a bureau for direct debits

Hi All,

I am interested in finding out if any UK users of Raiser's Edge use a bureau to obtain or process direct debits?

And if you do use a bureau, which one and are you happy with them?


We already process direct debits and submit a monthly claim file but we are interested in using a bureau to obtain new direct debit details online.
