Post to nominal ledger and gift aid

Was wondering how people who use the post to nominal ledger feature deal with gift aid. It seems that if you add a tax claim to a gift after posting to NL you cannot then post the tax claim amount. Or are we missing something. thanks Alex Muirhead

    Hi, Alex. This functionality isn't available in The Raiser's Edge. Knowledgebase solution BB732438 provides an alternative solution that may work for you.
