New York Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act

This is geared towards NY State higher education institutions with respect to the above act that was passed as it pertains to spending of Endowed Scholarships. I am trying to get feedback as to how other organizations handled this change.  Our institution is in the process of working through this and it would be helpful to know how others worked through it.
