Email Performance Statistics in webservice

Is there any way to get email performance statistics (or any other Convio data reports) via the Webservice or API?

 

My reporting team wants to get the data differently then how the report gives it. I'm trying to figure out if I can query it or script it to pull to another datasource so I can manipulate it.

    I wish. You can get opt-out status and date from the constituent record, but nothing about an email itself as far as I know.
