How to Access TeamRaisorGift Type with Item Type?

Hello,

 

I am working with Convio web service, where i use GetIncrementalInserts function for TeamRaisorGift Type, its working fine for all fields in that. but along with that i have to access some filed which are in "Item" type, like tribute name, message etc so how i can do that? becouse item type is not associate with teamraisorgift type.

I'm pretty sure that ITEM is really an ecommerce product.

 

A TeamRaiser gift (http://open.convio.com/webservices/#types.teamraisergift.html) connects to a DONATION (http://open.convio.com/webservices/#types.donation.html) using the TransactionId as the key. The donation in turn has a RECOGNITION (http://open.convio.com/webservices/#types.recognition.html) as a member.

 

So TeamRaiserGift is a separate but associated type that has all the TR details for a Donation. (That's what makes it a special case of donation.) The Donation type is the main repository for the transaction information.
