Interactions aren't being updated

Hi: Interactions don't seem to be updating through my application.

What does work:

*When a developer downloads the application, his "how you are helping" does include a "1 action in support of...." -- the action being that they downloaded the app.

What doesn't work:

*App owner choosing to act (in our case, register for a teamraiser event). Interactions aren't updated on FB.

*Being logged in to FB and to our site, donating on our site. Interactions aren't updated on FB.

*App owner sending a gift to non-owner, non-owner downloading the app. The new constituent doesn't show the action that they downloaded it, and the friend who sent it doesn't have an updated "friends inspired."

Any ideas?
