facebook app notifications.sendemail?

We were interested in being able to contact anyone who has added the application in facebook -- as opposed to just those who might have taken an action through Convio.

I notice that facebook applications theoretically do have the capability:

Wondering:

a) if this capability is in the existing setup of Convio's and its just non-obvious to me?

b) or failing that, is this something that Convio might be thinking of adding at some point.

Hi Adrian,

We have not built in any support for Org to Member email through the application. I think the best way to approach that is to encourage anyone who adds your app to also become a Fan of your Page, and vice versa. Then, you can use the Update functionality associated with your Page to reach those in Facebook who support you.
