Toronto Meeting - Confirming upcoming dates

Great meeting yesterday!!! Hoping to get the notes posted later this week, but I wanted to remind everyone of the next two meeting dates: Tuesday, July 17 1-3pm and Tuesday, August 21 10:30am - 12:30pm.

 

I'll confirm location once we have that finalized.

Let me know Valerie if you want or can network in. I can definitely setup my Adobe Connect for you to use to webcam and conference line someone in but typically the hurdle is whether or not the host organization has the network capabilities in the meeting room.

Thanks for the offer. As it turns out our meeting on July 17 appears to have the set-up for webconferencing. Would you mind setting up the Adobe connect? There have been a couple of different organizations who have made the request to conference in, so it would be wonderful to be able to offer it!

I will give you a call a bit closer to the meeting.  We aren't hosting the next meeting at my office, so I will see if I can set-up a call with CBCF who is hosting to ensure that we've got everything that's required.

Sounds good. I will be out of the office on the 11th and 12th but should be fairly free any other time. Just send me an invite for a meeting and I'll make it work.
