We hope you'll join us for the upcoming Bay-area Luminate Online Users Group! Below is our current agenda but feel free to let me know if you'd like to add anything. Information about our first meeting:

• Date: Friday, August 26^th
• Time: 9:30a – 12:00p
• Agenda:
  • 9:30a – 9:50a: Meet and greet over breakfast
  • 9:50a – 10:30a:  Kent will discuss the summer release and Luminate product line; answer questions about new features to Luminate Online (COM) modules and the new Multi-channel Marketing Report.
  • 10:30a – 11:45: Solution development: User Group participants will submit questions, problems, road blocks that we can work through. We can use this time to also discus EOY campaign planning.
  • 11:45a – 12:00p: Talk about feature requests, recent research, upcoming “happenings" at Convio (New Community, Summit)
