First Bay Area User Group Meeting Set For 8/26/2011

I want to thank everyone that was on the call today! I know this is going to be a great group to get together. Below is the initial information. You can sign-up to receive emails for this thread or this sub-community and automatically be notified when new information about this group is published.

Information about our first meeting:

• Location: Ella Baker Center  |  1970 Broadway, Oakland, CA
• Date: Friday, August 26^th
• Time: 9:30a – 12:00p
• Agenda:
  • 9:30a – 9:50a: Meet and greet over breakfast
  • 9:50a – 10:30a:  Kent will discuss the summer release and Luminate product line; answer questions about new features to Luminate Online (COM) modules and the new Multi-channel Marketing Report.
  • 10:30a – 11:45: Solution development: User Group participants will submit questions, problems, road blocks that we can work through. We can use this time to also discus EOY campaign planning.
  • 11:45a – 12:00p: Talk about feature requests, recent research, upcoming “happenings" at Convio (New Community, Summit)
    
    
    

User Group RSVP form will be available the first week of August. We must have everyone RSVP so we ensure enough food and space.
