    Yay! User Group!

    I'm a big fan of building active communities, and I thought that this meeting was a great start. I'm glad to see that folks were willing to travel; the location was super convenient to BART, which worked really well for me personally (and hoperfully for others).  I was certainly pleased to see some folks who've got a lot of Convio-years under their belt, as well as some other heavy-users.

    I feel like the folks who've stepped up to lead the organizing all seem very on top of it and were good at keeping the agenda moving. I'm glad that we collectively had a small chance to complain about common pain points, but I didn't feel that things devolved into a complaint-fest, which sometimes happens.

    I would encourage us collectively to explore opportunities for show-n-tell; if someone in the community has worked through how to do something particularly gnarly, they could present to the group, and possibly turn that presentation into a session at a Convio Summit, or NTEN Conference.
