Time, Place Frequencyof Meetings:

Meetings will be held

every other month from 8:30 to 10:00 at the Greater Chicago Food Depository

(thanks Bob!).

Topic for the next 4 meetings as decided by the group (Exact Dates TBD):

1. May: Guest speaker will be a Convio
   
   consultant talking about recent campaigns that were successful with
   
   clients and how new Convio tools were used for success.

2. July: Data Integration with Convio Solutions
   
   Engineer as guest speaker.

3. September: Integrated marketing (online and direct
   
   mail) with Convio partner.

4. November: Housefile building

Client Success Stories. At the beginning of each

meeting one client will present a success story walking through a campaign and

opening up to the group for discussion.

Here are some of the campaigns to be discussed:

1. Greater Chicago Food Depository: Success with an
   
   Advocacy campaign where several constituents took action and new email
   
   addresses were acquired.(May Meeting)

2. Field Museum: Integrated marketing with an email that
   
   was a follow up to a letter that had an above average open rate and
   
   successfully promoted an event. (July Meeting)

3. US Too: Sent out a survey to key
   
   target constituents to address demographic information, ethnicity, and
   
   treatment. High response rate and
   
   this data will be integrated into a direct mail piece to promote
   
   additional participation. (September Meeting)
