Convio and Offline Donor Database Relationships

Hi Chicago Users Group,

We're in the process of evaluating our offline donor database and were wondering how other Convio Users are handling the relationship between their offline and online databases. Specifically, we're interested in clients using Raiser's Edge as their offline database. If anyone would be will to meet and talk to us about this, please let us know.

    Hi, guys ...

    We use Donor Perfect, and I have to say the coordination/sync, etc. has been a struggle.

    If our experience is at all applicable, I can put you together with our IT person -- he's the only one dealing with both ends, although he doesn't have any Convio involvement except for the sync process.
