Email Verification Response

Options

When we send out our emails, we are getting a lot (upwards of 300 this time) responses that come back asking us to verify that we are not a spammer by following a link and putting in some kind of code.

I'm attaching one as an example.

How can/should we process these? We do not have the staff resources to go in and manually verify all of those emails.

Thanks!

  • Hey Michelle,

Do all of the verification messages look like this? Like they are coming from a service called SpamArrest.com? Or, do they vary like they are coming from several different services based on the constituent?

The bulk of them were from SpamArrest.com, but not all. There were a couple of others as well.

OK, I'm going to have to ask around on this one. I haven't heard of this happening before and I'm not sure if it has something to do with the email sender or if it actually just is constituents who have a spam program doing this.
