    We will create a banner for you that has your ALA charter name and we'll also incorporate the word "Welcome"  into the design of the banner.  If you aren't happy with the banner that we put in place then during the one round of revisions you can certainly provide feedback on what you'd like us to do there.  We'll always do our best to accommodate any request -- if you ask for something we can't do, we'll probably be able to get our template banner to bend pretty close to what you need.
