I haven't gotten any notifications this week. Is it just me or is there an issue that I didn't hear about?

    If you mean the notifications of forum posts, there has been the usual activity.  My box has been loaded each morning.   As you may not get this, will send you a private message also. :)
  • Check the from line: It changed to "Blackbaud Community" last week. It should be from community@blackbaud.com. It shows up differently in my own inbox. I'm also asking our platform if they are getting any complaints of customers not receiving notifications. Thanks!
  • I have not received my normal emails either (and did check in Junk too--nothing).

    I have just starting receiving them this week, after not getting any for months.
  • Mine just started again yesterday, with no action whatsoever on my part.
