Does anyone know how to access advanced tools in NetCommunity - Donations?     It's "something" plus F8, I think, and I can't remember what the "something" is.    Of course I may not be in the right place when I am trying to open advance tools...   Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!

    Both.   That's why I am wondering if I am not in the right place when I am doing the "something" + F8.


    I am in NetCommunity PlugIn > Donations and have a gift highlighted.   But no luck with Alt + F8, Ctrl + F8 or even Shift + F8

    I wish we could share that tool but unfortunately this is only available to our NetCommunity support team.  We have to keep this tool in support only because of the posibility damaging data and causing data loss.


    The kinds of issues where this tool could be useful are the issues we would want to reach to NetCommunity support for.  I hope you understand.  Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I can clarify anything.

    Unfortunately this is something that only Blackbaud Support has access to :(  And there are even a few things they can't recover from their back-end!
