Donation form - upsell to sustainer

Hi, We'd like to provide the opportunity for a user to switch their donation from one-time to monthly (sustaining) right after making the one-time donation. I believe I saw documentation on how to do this at one point but I can't find it now. The general idea would be that if the person was making a one time donation they would be taken to a page that asks if they want to switch to a monthly donation instead (using a formula to suggest a monthly amount based on what they were going to donate one-time). We code these upsell features for most of our clients on various systems (Luminate included). Here's an example of a donation form with a sustainer upsell ask. Sorry, I don't have the time to get into the details, but all of the related code is on the client-side, so you could view > source and get the idea.

Nice work. I'll have to steal that idea!

I noticed the MatchGiftInquiry tool. I wasn't aware BB offered this tool. We use the one from HEPData.

Of course a search doesn't find much about this, aside from a few knowledgebase posts. Is it only available with eTapestry? Any idea what it costs?
