It's something that can prove my level of knowledge of the system. It is also great for my portfolio to have certifications as it shows that I am willing to learn and take on challenges.


 My plan now is to acquire all the badges and pro certification, as well as the Luminate Online Certification this year. 


I have also developed a training plan in our organization and highly emphasize that all staff should get their certification. Each quarter, we have more employees becoming certified.
