How do I remove an email address from the unusable list?

  • Within the Email Marketing tab of Online Express, directly under the "Create new email" there is an "Unusable emails" button. Click on that and use the filters to search for emails within a specific date type (Hard Bounces, Opt-outs). You then have to click on each email (click on the "view record" and flag them as no longer wanting the email. I wish OEX would have a way to dump the entire list so that we could global change the records.
  • Are you wanting to make an email address that has been tagged as Unusable valid again?  I believe you need to have that constituent sign up for your email list again and confirm the sign up via that email address.  That's how you re-subscribe someone who has been unsubscribed, and I assume that bounced emails would work the same.
  • Thanks.  I was hoping we could do it internally
    because several of the bounced emails are really valid and belong
    to board members

  • I will be calling support about my OLX issue today, and may need to do the same (re-subscribe someone myself), so I'll let you know if I learn of a way to do it.
