While this post is really old I actually have the same question. I want to be able to add a link to a few of the Blackbaud Knowledgebase articles I find myself referencing frequently, for my own clarification and to explain to others why we are doing something a certain way. How can I add a link so that I don't have to search for the article I need?

If you're hosted with Blackbaud--no, the Knowledgebase says you cannot. But if you're not hosted, you should be able to.
