Best Practice for regional office records

Hello everyone,


I'm having a tidy-up of the corporate records we have on Raisers Edge, and am looking for some advice for company records who have mulptiple offices or branches around the country. Sometimes we may be talking to contacts at both a local office and a head office, and I'm wondering if having one record for the whole company is a good move or not? We don't have any official RE 'rules' for this so I'd really appreciate anyone sharing how they record this!

    There have been several posts on this topic.  You may want to start with search in forum to get started.  Search for words like local, branch, headquarters, hq, same organization, etc.
