Anyone else have problems with OLX being slow?

When I click on OLX in the RE menu, it has been VERY slow lately.  Even to the point where it has timed out.  Is there something that would be causing this?

    Same here.  Friday from home, so I thought it was my laptop, which I've been having issues with.  But worse this morning from the office.  Tried again a few minutes later, still sluggish but it did let me in without timing out.  I've noticed this on-and-off since Christmas.  Then, I assumed it was a volume issue because of year-end online giving (not that we got much, but...).


    Would love an update from BB on whether this is an issue or the new normal or what's happening...

    This is pretty much a constant for us. It freezes out almost every time we click in to Email Marketing and it will crash someone's whole Raiser's Edge at least once per day.

    So sorry for the problems you've been experiencing - our Developers have been working non-stop on making any types of tweaks we can make to resolve these issues. Additionally, our latest release which should be out this week will have some important changes to make these timeouts better!


    After you see your Online Express update this week, can you please respond and let me know if you're still seeing these time out problems?

    Thanks for your reply, my OLX updated today (or last night) and does seem more responsive today. I'll comment again if I see any more freezing.
