Tribute Addresses not pulling through

This has been an ongoing issue for me, and I've called blackbaud, but never had a resolution. At this point I have to write down the tribute address when I am in Netcommunity processing it, and it has become cumbersome.


Is anyone else having issues with the honoree's address not coming through anywhere on their record? I've tried not selecting "Self acknowledge" and selecting it, doesn't make a difference.


I can't find anything in the knowledgebase either, makes me think I'm alone, or I'm doing something wrong!

    The acknowledgee's address should be going onto the tribute record.  It takes a few clicks to get there, but it records from the plug-in onto the tribute record.  Then you can query off of acknowledgee name/address when merging into tribute letters.
