WYSIWYG Content editor in email messages on macbook pro

In the last couple of weeks I have lost the ability to resize my wysisyg editor. In all browsers (I've tried them all) it now remains only about 2 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. There used to be a small triangle of lins in the bottom right corner of which you could click/hold/drag to resize your editing window. That is now gone and I am left to work in this tiny little space which is driving me nuts not to mention what it does to my eyes.

I have tried everything I could think of. I have even had my macbook reset back to factory specs and reinstalled all the browsers... still does it. Also... I can go to other pc computers in our office and they HAVE NOT lost the ability to resize the wysiwyg editing box. Which makes me believe... it is a mac compatability issue. The fact that only a couple of weeks or so ago it was working great... makes me wonder if it isnt an issue with a recent update??

Can anyone offer a suggestion or any insight?

Does any Blackbaud or Convio or Luminate Admin PLEASE HAVE AN ANSWER??? This is really messing with my ability to work!

I use a MacBook Pro at home and tested it and it works ok for me. I am using version OS X El Capitan version 10.11.1. I tried it in Chrome, Firefox and Safari and they were all fine.

Hopefully you can get it fixed soon!
