Duplicate Memberships in Batch

We are new users to OLX and have found that when downloading transactions, rejoin/renew records are creating duplicate memberships even though when linking the gift to membership “No, I would like to link the gift to an existing Membership” is selected.

Anyone else experience this?

I have not run into this, but how is your form set up. Do you have a screenshot or link?

sorry, but i've cleaned them all up.

they are now being entered one at a time by the membership dept.
