Fine Tuning tab on Donor Part not loading

I copied a donor page in OLX. It will not load the Fine Tuning tab.  Also, it will not load in the preview setting.   I am wondering if it has something to do with IE 11. I also could not load the narative section of this question form until I opened it in Chrome. 

Has anyone else had a problems when copying a donor part instead of creating a new one?

    Normally, I would say that IE might be causing the problem...I use Firefox for everything Blackbaud, and haven't had many problems (only a few minor ones).  However, once you log in to Citrix and open RE, you're not really using the browser (at least, I'm pretty sure that's how it works), so I don't think that can be your problem once you are inside RE.  However, it's possible I don't know what I'm talking about and RE (or maybe just OLX) is using a browser even though the browser window isn't visible/accessible to the User.


    So, I would suggest that you try opening RE/OLX via Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, and if you still have problems, contact BB OLX Support.  You might also, if you haven't already, try simply exiting RE, closing all browser windows, and going back in from a fresh IE browser session.  Sometimes it just needs a soft reboot.
