Formatting my confirmation letter

Hi there,


Is there an easy way to copy and paste the text for my confirmation email letter into Online Express from Word? Everytime I do, the formatting and line spacing gets messed up.

    I was taught to copy and paste text from Notepad.  When you copy and paste text from Word all the formatting is attached which does not always translate correctly into OLX.  You can either copy from Word into Notepad and then in to OLX or just type directly into Notepad and then copy and paste into OLX and format.  Hope this works for you!
