Pledge Acknowledgement with Multiple Pledges

Options
We frequently have donors set up multiple pledges within a short period of time. When we acknowledge these pledges, we would like to see all new pledges listed on the same acknowledgement. What is the best way to do this?



We want to include: Gift type, gift date, amount, and fund designation.

We also want to include other information conditionally based on certain fund information.



I believe we will have to do this in export, but I can't find the best query/export combo to use? (Gift, constituent, etc.)

    Recently had similar situation with a campaign that was asking for pledges to 3 different funds.  I did letter merge from an excel file.  



    As to type of query, you want a letter for each constituent. I would do a constituent query and a constituent export. The query just needs to group those constituents together. In export you'll need to select all the fields you want for the letter.  Each gift type, gift date, fund, conditional info field, etc. You may be able to do a merge right in Export to a BB Simple Word merge doc.  (Due to the table and info I was requested to have in the letter, taking info from Export to excel worked best for me.
