Recognition program

1. Start by running an Analytical Report under Consecutive Years Report. Though this report misses people who gave 10 out of 11 years, it's a great simple tool.

2. Now that you have a report and can count number of donors in each level of giving, determine how you will recognize them.   We send pins to lower level donors and encourage them to give giving.  We give very lovely ribbons with a metal medallion of the school for donors at high levels (20 years and up) and then invite them to a dinner where they are recognized for their committment.

3.  Use a constituent attribute, 1 per record, with a description of what level the donor has already been recognized for and use date so you know what year this was done in.

4.  Repeat each year, using the attribute to exclude those who've already been recognized at their current level.
