Any orgs out there that work internationally and manage donations through Online Express?

We operate in 3 countries that use different languages. We are using Online Express and I can't even seem to figure out how to properly translate the forms because they're linked to the Raiser's Edge fields (which are all in English!).



Also, we would really love to have 3 different donation forms on our website that reflect realistic donation amounts in the home currency and are easy to use there.



Any thoughts from a group that has worked this out, with or without Online Express?

    Hi Lena,



    Right now, Online Express is set up to reflect exactly what you have in The Raiser's Edge, so the fields will appear in English by default.



    However, on the Fine Tuning tab of your Online Express form setup, you can edit all of the field labels to be whatever you need. Simply open a donation form, click the Fine Tuning tab, and click the Form Elements tab. You can then click on each field and you will have the option to edit the Field Label.



    One option for you would be to set up different forms per country/language, and edit each of those forms so that the Field Labels are in the appropriate language.



    You can also edit the donation amounts on the Extras tab - you can have Display names so that they appear differently, and you can edit the amounts. I believe the default will still be in dollars, however.



    I hope this helps! With the flexibility available in Online Express, I would say that making different forms may be your best bet.
